The Farrah Fawcett Foundation hosted its fifth Tex-Mex Fiesta on October 5, 2026, at The Rustic in Uptown Dallas, aiming to raise funds for Stand Up To Cancer and the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge. This year, the event marked the 50th anniversary of Farrah Fawcett’s legendary red swimsuit poster and the iconic television series Charlie’s Angels.
Co-chaired by Jaclyn Smith, Alana Stewart, and Donna Mills, the event featured a lively atmosphere with margaritas, a mariachi band, and a Tex-Mex dinner. Marcia Cross was awarded the Angel Award for her contributions and as a survivor of anal cancer. The evening concluded with a lively performance by musical duo Big & Rich, contributing to a night dedicated to awareness and advocacy in cancer research.
