Zalat Pizza Expands to Duncanville with Unique Offerings

Zalat Pizza, a popular pizzeria originating in East Dallas and celebrated for its creative topping combinations and extended hours, is preparing to open a new storefront in Duncanville. The grand opening is scheduled for Monday, October 12, located at 325 S. Cedar Ridge Drive, in the Cedar Park Shopping Center, which is anchored by Aldi. Established in 2015 by Khanh Nguyen, who transitioned from law to the restaurant industry, Zalat has quickly grown to over 30 locations across Texas, with the Duncanville site being the 23rd in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Nguyen expressed excitement about venturing into Duncanville, highlighting the local pride associated with the community, particularly around the Panthers. Zalat aims to integrate itself into residents’ game nights and family dinners. The new location will feature a refreshed design and a new motto, “Worth It,” which underscores Zalat’s commitment to quality ingredients. A signature of Zalat’s uniqueness is its eclectic topping options, including their special sauce, Srirancha, along with notable menu items such as the Nashville hot chicken and Pho Shizzle. The new establishment will be open Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm, Friday to Saturday 11 am to 4 am, and Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm.
