Mexican Bar Company to Open New Location in Allen

Mexican Bar Company, a highly regarded Mexican restaurant in Plano, is set to broaden its reach by opening a second location in Allen at 800 Shelby Dr. This new establishment will be located in Sloan Corners, a master-planned community developed by the Billingsley Company near the intersection of SH-121 and US-75. Owner Brian Dunne plans to introduce the Allen venue as a family-friendly environment that caters to the local community.

Since its debut in 2018 at The Shops at Willow Bend, the original restaurant has become a staple, known for its innovative menu crafted by renowned chef Patricio Sandoval. Visitors can expect a similar menu in Allen, which will also feature nightly chef specials. Enhancements for the new location include a play area for children and a spacious patio overlooking a park. Construction is ongoing, with hopes to open by December.
