The Florida attorney general’s office has issued a subpoena for various agency records, including communications such as emails and texts involving Ford, his spouse, and a consulting firm owner. The subpoena requests documentation spanning from 2023 to 2025, targeting items like tuition reimbursement records, payments for massages and murals, card statements, and data related to the authority’s autonomous vehicle program.
Officials from JTA stated on September 29 that they had received the subpoena from James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution, according to Jacksonville Today.
