Intangles Establishes U.S. Headquarters in Irving, Texas

Intangles, a company based in Pune, India, has opened its U.S. headquarters in Irving, Texas, where it provides digital twin and AI software for trucking fleet maintenance management. Currently, the company has 15 employees in North Texas and plans to increase its workforce to 100 by the end of 2027.

Founded in 2016, Intangles has successfully raised funding in two rounds, including a $10 million Series A in 2023 led by Baring Private Equity Partners and a $30 million Series B in October 2025 led by Avataar Venture Partners. CEO Anup Patil emphasized that the strategic location in Dallas-Fort Worth is essential due to the region’s strong ties to transportation and logistics, allowing Intangles to be closer to its U.S. customer base.
